Who is responsible
Shot is operated by NEO, which is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. For any privacy matter, write to us on WhatsApp from the contact section.

What data we use
- Your contact details: name, production company or project, email and phone or WhatsApp.
- What you tell us about your project, and the scripts, images, footage and references you upload.
- Your orders: what you choose, when, and their status.
- Payment confirmations from the payment processor, once payments are enabled. We never store card data.
Your material and the people in it
Your scripts, footage and files are used only for your project and are never published without your approval. If your material includes a real person’s face or voice, you confirm that you have their consent; we do not use anyone’s likeness without it.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, prepare your proposal, and produce and deliver your work.
- To publish or connect accounts only with the permissions you grant, which you can revoke at any time.
- To keep you informed about your project.
We don’t sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us make and deliver your work, and only what each one needs: the payment processor once payments are enabled, the hosting of this site and of your film’s website if you order one, the production services used to make images, video, voice and text, and the authorities when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to stop us from using it, or to withdraw your consent. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We answer within 20 business days.

This site does not use advertising cookies and stores nothing you type in the contact form; the message opens in your own WhatsApp.
